Nevada Site Office Invites Public to Participate in Draft Nevada National Security Site Environmental Impact Statement Hearings

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration Nevada Site Office is holding a series of public hearings in September 2011 to discuss the Draft Site-Wide Environmental Impact Statement (SWEIS) for the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) and Off-Site Locations in Nevada. These meetings are part of an official public comment period that spans from July 29 through October 27, 2011.
