The Office of Fossil Energy gives notice of receipt of an Application filed October 27, 2015 by Mercuria Commodities Canada Corporation requesting long-term authorization to export natural gas to Canada in a volume up to a total of 320,000 thousand cubic feet per day (Mcf/d), plus applicable fuel, for the period beginning on January 28, 2016, and extending through October 31, 2022, and to export natural gas to Canada in a volume up to 120,000 Mcf/d, plus applicable fuel, for the period November 1, 2022 to October 31, 2023, pursuant to a gas purchase contract with Statoil. No Federal Register Notice will be issued.
