The Office of Fossil Energy gives notice of receipt of an Application, filed October 20, 2015 by Irving Oil Commercial GP and Irving Oil Terminals Operations Inc. (collectively, Irving Oil), requesting long-term authorization to import up to 10 billion cubic feet (Bcf) of natural gas per year from Canada and to export up to 22 Bcf per year of natural gas to Canada, for a period of 15 years beginning on November 1, 2017. No Federal Register Notice will be issued.
