On August 3, 2016, New England NG Supply Limited filed an Application with The Office of Fossil Energy (FE) of the Department of Energy (DOE) requesting long-term authorization to export natural gas to Canada in a volume amount up to a total of 0.014 billion cubic feet (Bcf) per day (5.11 Bcf per year) for a period of five (5) years beginning on the later of (i) November 1, 2017 and (ii) 9:00 a.m. Central Clock Time on the first day of the month immediately succeeding the commercial in-service date of Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC and Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline L.L.C.’s proposed Atlantic Bridge Project, and extending for the subsequent sixty (60) months, as specified in Base Contract No. NAES23344 between New England NG Supply Limited and EQT. No Federal Register Notice will be issued.
