Section 413 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (EISA) directs DOE to establish energy conservation standards for manufactured housing. This Draft Environmental Assessment and Request for Information on Impacts to Indoor Air Quality evaluates the potential environmental impacts of establishing energy conservation standards for manufactured housing.
