The Office of Fossil Energy gives notice of receipt of an Application filed February 10, 2016 by Energia del Caribe, S.A. (Energia), requesting long-term authorization to export natural gas to Mexico in a volume amount up to a total of 9.4 Bcf per year for a period of 15 years beginning on the earlier of the date of first commercial export or a date three years from the date the Order is issued, and extending through February 28, 2031. No Notice will be issued.
