EA-1981: Bonneville-Hood River Transmission Line Rebuild; Multnomah and Hood River Counties
Bonneville Power Administration is preparing an EA that assesses the potential environmental impacts of the proposed rebuild of its 23-mile long, 115-kilovolt Bonneville-Hood River transmission line and an associated tap line running to Cascade Locks. The project would include replacing transmission structures and conductor wires, and improving access roads and trails.
