Parker Planet Tap 69-kV Transmission Line Rebuild, Upgrade, and Right-of-Way Action; San Bernardino County, California and La Paz and Mohave Counties, Arizona

DOE’s Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) as cooperating agencies, issued final DOE/EA-1685, which analyzed the potential environmental impacts of rebuilding and upgrading the existing Parker-Planet Tap 69-kilovott (kV) Transmission Line. The proposal included new right-of-way authorizations for portions of the transmission line and access roads that cross BLM and USFWS lands.
