SUMMARY:  

Policy Flash 2020 – 20 provides: (1) the attached COVID-19 DOE/NNSA Financial Assistance Guidance to Contracting Officers; (2) the attached COVID-19 DOE/NNSA Implementation of OMB Memorandum M-20-17; and (3) the attached March 19, 2020, OMB Memorandum on Administrative Relief for Recipients and Applicants of Federal Financial Assistance Directly Impacted by the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) due to Loss of Operations.

We greatly appreciate the leadership, commitment, and efforts that you and your teams are taking to address the unprecedented challenges posed by COVID-19.

 

 

Contracting Officers should share this guidance with their recipients and applicants and instruct them to direct any questions directly to their cognizant Contracting Officer.
