The Office of Fossil Energy (FE) of the Department of Energy (DOE) gives notice of receipt of an application (Application), filed on February 19, 2016, by  Cameron LNG, LLC, seeking blanket authorization to export LNG from the Cameron LNG terminal in Cameron and Calcasieu Parishes, LA ("Cameron Terminal") to any country with the capacity to import LNG delivered by ocean-going carrier and with which trade is not prohibited by U.S. law or policy,  to both Free Trade Agreement and non-Free Trade Agreement Countries. Cameron LNG is requesting this authorization both on its own behalf and as agent for other paries who hold title to the LNG at the time of export.. 

As part of this analysis in issuing this Order, DOE will consider the following two studies examing the cumulative impacts of exporting domestically produced LNG:
