Annual Merit Review of Swift and Staley Team (SST) for continued participation in the Department of Energy Voluntary Protection Program.
This report presents the Team’s observations and conclusions relative opportunities for improvement that SST needed to address, provides some additional observations where appropriate, and provides the Team’s recommendation that SST be elevated to Star status in DOE-VPP.
