Awarded DOE IDIQ ESPC Projects

The Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) collects, analyzes, and publishes data for awarded U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) energy savings performance contract (ESPCs) projects.

Since the inception of DOE IDIQ ESPCs in 1998, 325 projects have been awarded. More than $3.41 billion has been invested in federal energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements. These improvements have resulted in more than 398 trillion Btu life cycle energy savings and more than $8.53 billion in cumulative energy cost savings for the federal government.
