The Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) intends to issue, on behalf of the Federal Energy Management Program, a funding opportunity announcement (FOA) titled "Assisting Federal Facilities with Energy Conservation Technologies (AFFECT) 2017."
Note: FOA applications will not be accepted through the notice of intent.
The FOA will provide grants to federal agencies for the following three topic areas:
- Combined heat and power
- Renewable energy
- Energy efficiency deep retrofits.
EERE plans to issue the FOA in November or December 2016 via the EERE Exchange website. If applicants wish to receive official notifications and information from EERE regarding this FOA, they should register in EERE Exchange. When the FOA is released, applications will be accepted only through EERE Exchange.
