All of the homes have R-22 ICF walls, R-20 closed-cell spray foam under the slab, a ground-source heat pump with desuperheater for hot water, triple-pane windows, very tight air sealing (0.14 to 0.28 ACH 50 air leakage), and an HRV for ventilation.
