Review of the Hanford Site Employee Concerns Programs

TThis report provides the results of an independent oversight review of the Hanford Site Employee Concerns Programs.  The review was performed April 30-May 4, 2012, by the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Safety and Emergency Management Evaluations, which is within the DOE Office of Health, Safety and Security.  The overall purpose of this review was to evaluate the employee concerns management processes of the DOE Richland Operations Office and selected DOE prime contractors operating at the Hanford Site, and to selectively sample program implementation by those organizations.
