Intellectual Property Challenges and Opportunity: Bringing your Business into China

Delegates in the U.S. Department of Energy/Department of Commerce Trade Mission to China in April 2015 expressed interest in further discussion of the management of intellectual property when an American company does business in China. The Chinese IP legal environment continues to evolve, with the addition of new IP courts, stronger enforcement and good and improving success rates for foreign patent holders in litigation in China. Experts will shed light on the current status of IP protection in China and provide insights into best practices to protect IP when you take your business to China.
After presentations, the panel of speakers will address a studio audience and answer questions from the viewing audience.
