Pacific Power - FinAnswer Express

Pacific Power's FinAnswer Express Program includes incentives and technical assistance for lighting, HVAC and other equipment upgrades that increase energy efficiency and exceed code requirements in commercial and industrial facilities. Both retrofits of existing equipment and new construction projects are eligible for incentives. For retrofits, the utility may need to verify existing equipment. Prescriptive rebates and custom incentives calculated from energy savings are available.

Pacific Power - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Programs

Pacific Power offers incentives for residential customers to improve the energy efficiency of homes through the Home Energy Savings Program. Rebates are provided for various Energy Star rated appliances. Appliances include clothes washers, refrigerators, dishwashers, room air conditioners, and water heaters. Rebates are also available for certain weatherization measures and HVAC equipment. Eligible technologies include insulation, windows, central air conditioning, heat pumps, evaporative coolers, and duct sealing.

Pend Oreille PUD - Manufactured Home Rebate Program

Pend Oreille PUD offers cash incentives up to $800 to residential customers who purchase a qualifying energy-efficient manufactured home. Homes must meet Energy Star certification to qualify. Pend Oreille PUD - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Pend Oreille PUD offers cash incentives to residential customers for a number of energy efficient upgrades. Energy Star refrigerators are eligible for a rebate of $15, while Energy Star clothes washers may receive a rebate of $30. Additionally, eligible ductless heating and cooling systems qualify for a rebate of $1,500. All equipment requirements must be met in order to receive rebates. Peninsula Light Company - Commercial Efficient Lighting Rebate Program

Peninsula Light Company (PLC) offers a rebate program for commercial customers who wish to upgrade to energy efficient lighting. Participating customers must be served by PLC commercial service. Customers who upgrade to highly efficient fixtures and systems are eligible to receive a rebate generally covering 30% - 70% of the project cost. These retrofits improve light quality and reduce energy costs in participating facilities. PLC staff will review applications and installations in order to determine appropriate rebate levels.

Peninsula Light Company - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Peninsula Light Company offers a rebate program for residential customers who want to install energy efficient products in homes. Rebates are provided for window replacements, water heaters, heat pumps, duct sealing, appliance recycling, and ductless heat pumps. In store discounts on energy efficient products are available through the Simple Steps Smart Savings program, see the program website for a list of participating retailers. Heat Pumps must be installed by a certified contractor to qualify for a rebate.

Port Angeles Public Works & Utilities - Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Port Angeles Public Works and Utilities provides incentives for business customers to increase the energy efficiency of eligible facilities. Rebates are offered for a variety of improvements including increased insulation levels, installation of energy efficient commercial appliances, lighting retrofits, and custom projects. To qualify, the work must be completed by a City Authorized Contractor. To participate, interested customers must first fill out a rebate application located on the program web site.

Port Angeles Public Works & Utilities - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Port Angeles Public Works and Utilities offers a rebate program to encourage residential customers to increase the energy efficiency of their homes. The rebates apply to qualifying installations in single-family, multi-family and manufactured homes, with the exception of heat pump and air sealing rebates, which are not offered to multi-family homes. Some measures vary by efficiency or rating. To qualify, the equipment must be installed by a City Authorized Contractor. Additional restrictions may apply.

Port Angeles Public Works & Utilities - Solar Energy Loan Program

The City of Port Angeles Public Works & Utilities offers a low-interest loan to its residential and commercial customers for certain renewable energy projects. The loan is available for installation of solar water heating and photovoltaic systems. All improvements must be approved by the City in advance of any work performed. All improvements must meet the City’s Material & Installation Specifications. The interest rate for this loan is 2.5% above the one year London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR) and is subject to change without notice.

Property Assessed Clean Energy Financing (District of Columbia)

The District of Columbia offers a commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program. In order to receive financing through the commercial PACE program, applicants must first have an energy efficiency audit performed on the property. The audit must show energy cost savings that can reasonably be expected to equal or exceed the cost of the improvements and interest on the loan. Reasonable costs of any energy audit may be included in the amount of the loan upon request by the applicant.
