The residential and commercial appliance and heating rebate program encourages members to purchase Energy Star equipment that qualifies under the White River energy efficiency program. Items available in the program include electric water heaters, room air conditioning units, and geothermal heat pumps, dual fuel, and air source heat pumps. All transactions that are part of this program are subject to follow-up audits by the White River staff. Visit the program web site for additional information and to access rebate applications.
Dual Fuel/Air Source Heat Pump: 16.5 SEER Minimum
Electric Water Heaters: Efficiency rating of .90 minimum
Tankless Water Heaters are not eligible for this program
Room AC: Energy Star
Refrigerator: Energy Star, must show proof that old model was disposed of properly
Geothermal Heat Pump: EER 19.1
