Ozarks Electric Cooperative, a Touchstone Energy Cooperative®, offers the Energy Resource Conservation (ERC) Loan Program to residential members to help make energy efficiency improvements in eligible homes. Qualified heat pumps and weatherization measures can be financed through this loan, which is available for existing structures only. Heat Pumps must be new with a minimum HSPF of 7.4 and a minimum SEER of 13. Eligible weatherization measures include insulation, duct sealing, and storm windows/doors. Walls must be R-13, ceilings R-38, and floors R-7. Interested customers should refer to the program website for more information and to access program applications.
