Lumbee River EMC (LREMC) offers rebates to its residential and commercial customers who purchase and install qualified energy efficient products or services. Rebates are available for water heaters, refrigerator/freezer recycling, heat pumps, air conditioners, and programmable thermostats. Services or products offered through the program have efficiency standards that must be met in order to receive a rebate. See the web site listed above for more information on these services and products. Forms are available at each cooperative office and are also located on the program web site. LREMC also offers an Energy Star for New Homes program for builders. Contact LREMC for any information on these programs.
