Energy Star Home: $350 or Marathon Water Heater
Lumbee River EMC (LREMC) offers rebates to builders who construct single-family Energy Star Homes in the LREMC service territory. Energy Star homes are able to provide greater comfort, efficiency, and satisfaction to homeowners. A builder rebate of $350 or a free marathon water heater is available for certified homes. Homes must be certified by an independent Home Energy Rater. The structure and equipment must meet all Energy Star Home program requirements.
