Idaho Power offers incentives for its commercial and industrial customers in Idaho and Oregon to upgrade to more efficient equipment in their facilities. They provide rebates for lighting equipment and controls, HVAC equipment and controls, motors and controls, building shell, plug loads and grocery/refrigeration equipment. This program is for Idaho Power commercial or industrial customers on rate Schedule 7 (Small General Service, Small Commercial), Schedule 9 (Large General Service, Large Commercial), or Schedule 19 (Large Power Service).
Customers interested in participating in the program must first submit a preliminary application . Upon review and acceptance, the preliminary application will reserve the project’s incentive funds for up to 90 days. For projects with expected incentive payments of more than $1,000, customers must submit a preliminary application prior to initiating the project. Smaller projects, with incentive payments of $1,000 or less may elect to skip this step and just submit their final application for payment post-installation. Customers can see how much they can receive by using the incentive calculation worksheet.
Customers expecting to receive rebates greater than 1,000 must submit a preliminary stage application, which reserves incentive funds for up to 90 days.
