The Michigan Economic Development Corporation's (MEDC) Michigan Energy Office provides funding for energy efficiency activities on a recurring basis, subject to availability of funds. Eligible projects may include activities such as providing education/outreach and technical assistance to communities and businesses on energy efficiency topics, utility bill analysis and Energy Star benchmarking, energy evaluations and audits, demonstrations of commercially available energy efficiency technologies, and/or other activities that promote energy efficiency as a tool for economic development in the state. Those interested in participating should contact the MEDC’s Customer Contact Center to be connected with the appropriate Michigan Energy Office staff person for additional details.
