Summary

Cowlitz County PUD offers the Commercial Energy Efficiency Program (CEEP) for non-residential customers to improve the efficiency of facilities. The program offers incentives on lighting, custom measures that save energy, and improvement projects on industrial processes. For all of the incentive programs, customers must sign an “Incentive/Implementation Agreement” with Cowlitz PUD BEFORE purchase and installation of equipment.

The CEEP Plus Lighting Program offers incentives for non-residential customers to buy energy efficient lighting systems. Rebates are available for 'new construction' lighting and retrofits to existing lighting systems. More information and a detailed list of rebate amounts can be found in the program brochure.

The CEEP Commercial Custom Program offers an incentive to any commercial-sector (non-manufacturing) business that installs electrical energy saving measures in facilities. This program offers an incentive of up to $0.20 per kilowatt-hour of verified annual energy savings or 70% of incremental project costs, whichever is less.

The Energy Savings Plan Industrial Conservation Effort (Energy SPICE) Program provides financial incentives to industrial manufacturers for the development and installation of electrical energy saving measures in processes. Energy SPICE Plus can provide an incentive of up to $0.25 per kilowatt-hour of the first 500,000 kWh of verified annual energy savings and $0.15 per kWh saved beyond that, or 70% of incremental project costs, whichever is less.
