Summary
Clark Public Utilities offers several energy incentives for residential customers to increase the energy efficiency of their homes. Rebates are offered for heat pumps (including ductless heat pumps), heat pump water heaters, insulation, replacement windows, duct sealing, and certified Energy Star NW Homes. The utility also offers a Solar Water Heater Rebate and a $20 bill credit for recycling old refrigerators or freezers.

The weatherization measures must be added to electrically heated homes by an approved contractor. See the program website for details on incentive levels and requirements. The utility will inspect the installation after work is complete before a rebate is issued.

New electrically heated homes built to the Energy Star Northwest Homes specifications are eligible for a $1,500 rebate that will be paid to the builder. For more information on these rebates and other conservation programs at Clark Public Utilities, customers should call (360) 992-3355 or visit the program website listed above.
