In this capacity, Jay Mullis helps direct and support the office's federal project directors, division directors, and procurement and contracts group lead to ensure federal oversight and progress conducting environmental cleanup across the Oak Ridge Reservation.
Laura Wilkerson is responsible for the planning and execution of EM cleanup and waste management activities at Oak Ridge’s three primary sites—the East Tennessee Technology Park, Y-12 National Security Complex, and Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
Associate Director, Planning and Execution Division
Alan Stokes is the Associate Director of the Planning and Execution Division for the Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management. His oversight within the division includes: strategic planning, life cycle baseline development and configuration control, contractor earned value management system validation, integration, analysis and reporting of contractor cost and schedule performance, budget development, and fund management.
Karen Shears is the Director of the Procurement and Contracts Division within the Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management (OREM). The Procurement and Contracts Division is responsible for all aspects of procurement and contracts management and cost estimating for the OREM.
In her role as a Portfolio Federal Project Director, Wendy Cain is responsible responsible for the planning and execution of EM cleanup, decontamination and decommissioning, waste storage and disposal operations at the East Tennessee Technology Park.
In his role as a Portfolio Federal Project Director, Bill McMillan is responsible for overseeing all Environmental Management cleanup, decontamination and decommissioning, waste storage and disposal operations at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
