Sue Cange, Deputy Manager for the Department of Energy’s Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management, is responsible for assisting the Manger in directing and overseeing environmental cleanup of the Oak Ridge Reservation.
Jim Kopotic is Portfolio Federal Project Director for the DOE Environmental Management Program Office in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Jim began his career with DOE in May 1991, and has more than 25 years of experience as a project manager.
In his role as a Portfolio Federal Project Director, Bill McMillan is responsible for overseeing all Environmental Management cleanup, decontamination and decommissioning, waste storage and disposal operations at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
Laura Wilkerson is responsible for the planning and execution of EM clean-up and waste management activities at the Y-12 National Security Complex (Y-12) and for disposition of the Oak Ridge Transuranic waste inventory.
Jason Armstrong is the Director of Operations for the Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management. The mission of the Operations Division is to provide oversight of contractor operations at OREM facilities.
Director, Engineering, Safety and Quality Division
In this capacity, Jay Mullis is responsible for OREM’s Nuclear Safety, Occupational Safety, Quality and Waste Management Program including, safety basis, criticality safety, industrial hygiene, fire protection, industrial safety, quality assurance, and systems engineers.
Director, Planning and Baseline Management Division
Alan Stokes is the Director of the Planning and Baseline Management Division for the Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management. This Division’s major responsibilities include: strategic planning, life cycle baseline development and configuration control, contractor earned value management system validation, integration, analysis and reporting of contractor cost and schedule performance, budget development, and fund management.
