Pursuant to Docket No. EO-05-01: Oak Ridge National Laboratory provided an analysis of the Mirant Potomac River Generation Station in 2005 and discussed the reliability requirements of the local area and the potential impacts on reliability of changing operation of the Potomac River Generating Station in this paper.
