Five-Year Program Plan for Fiscal Years 2008 to 2012 for Electric Transmission and Distribution Programs.

The Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE) is the primary organization within the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for research, development, demonstration, technology transfer, and policy development activities for the electric transmission and
distribution system. OE has prepared this program plan pursuant to the requirements of Section 925 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPACT), as outlined below. This plan delineates research directions and priorities.
