The Department is initiating preparations for development of the 2012 National Electric Transmission Congestion Study. The Department is seeking comments on what publicly-available data and analysis should be used to identify and understand the significance and character of transmission congestion.
DOE will host four regional pre-study workshops to receive input and suggestions concerning the study:
- December 6 in Philadelphia, PA
- December 8 in St. Louis, MO
- December 13 in Portland, OR
- December 15 in San Diego, CA.
