Subcontractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials (except GFE), equipment, and supervision required to lower the existing Big Hill 36” crude oil pipeline at the Needmore Diversion Channel and to install a new block valve and valve station. Excavation for the installation of the new portion of the 36” crude oil line, backfill and removal of the decommissioned section of the existing 36” line will be the responsibility of Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6 under the direction of a Government Representative."
