DOE is proposing to provide funding to support the Clean Energy Business Plan Competition. DOE funds would be used as award money to support the development of business plans. $100,000 of DOE funds will be used as prize money each year for three years. The remaining DOE funds would be used to support the administration and marketing of the competition.
