The DOE Energy Storage Systems Program (ESS) conducted an annual peer review in Seattle, WA on October 8, 2009. The 1-day conference included welcoming remarks from OE's Imre Gyuk as well as a program overview from John Boyes of Sandia National Laboratories and 11 presentations on individual projects.
