Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. 1) Replace air-cooled condenser unit at Mentor City Hall, 2) boiler replacement at Mentor City Hall, 3) parking lot lighting and public area lighting replacements, 4) traffic signal lighting replacement with light-emitting diodes (LEDs), 5) water heater/boiler replacement at the Civic Ice Arena (built in 1982), and 6) installation by contractor of LED traffic signal bulb retrofits.
