The City of Folkston is proposing to use $234,900 in Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant funding to replace existing, inefficient waste water treatment pond aerators with new, high efficiency units. There will be a total of seven aerators replaced with new aerators. Electrical equipment at the wastewater pond will be modified for the new units.
