The Hawaii Red Cross proposes to install a rooftop photovoltaic system (62.3 kilowatts) to aid in power supplementation during disaster response in times when electric power resources are minimal. The installation will take place at the Hawaii Red Cross Headquarters building located in Diamond Head and will occupy approximately 3900 square feet.
