Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) is proposing to use Department of Energy funding to benchmark the current role and to provide a better understanding of the future role for hydropower and pumped-storage to provide grid services. The project will develop an approach that quantifies the full potential value of hydropower resources to the electric grid.
