The City of Cleveland will use $588,500 of its Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) funds towards implementation of the Cleveland Energy$aver program. EECBG Funds will be used for program administration, direct operation of the program, payment for audits, financial incentives to customers, and a loan loss reserve.
