The Department of Energy is proposing to provide $162,000 in State Energy Program American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding to Fortin Welding to retrofit the existing facility with new light bulbs and fixtures, a new white roof and a 60 kilowatt thin film photovoltaic (PV) electric generation system on the roof adjacent to the white roof.
