Mississippi's Development Authority-Energy Division will administer the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program for the state of Mississippi. Mississippi's Development Authority-Energy Division would pass through Department of Energy funding to sub-recipients for the implementation of Mississippi's EECBG Program. All projects under this program are bounded in compliance with the uploaded and signed EECBG Template for Expedited National Environmental Policy Act review.
