South Carolina's Energy Office will administer the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program for the state of South Carolina. South Carolina's Energy Office would pass through Department of Energy funding to sub-recipients for implementation of the EECBG Program. All projects under these programs are bounded in compliance with the uploaded and signed EECBG Template for Expedited National Environmental Policy Act review.
