Installation of photovoltaic systems on residential properties: systems would provide power for the residences and any excess capacity would be provided to the grid. All systems would be equal to or less than 60 kilowatts. Installation of wind systems on residential properties: the systems would provide the primary or back-up power source for the residence. Wind systems would be equal to or less than 20 kilowatts.
