Lessons Learned Quarterly Report, March 2010

Welcome to the 62nd quarterly report on lessons learned in the NEPA process. In this issue, we start a year-long observance of the 40th anniversary of the National Environmental Policy Act. The occasion calls for celebration of NEPA’s successes as well as reflection on opportunities for improvement. Thank you for your continuing support of the Lessons Learned program.
