Jordan Cove Liquefaction Project (Coos County, Oregon) and Pacific Connector Pipeline Project (Coos, Klamath, Jackson, and Douglas Counties, Oregon)
This FERC EIS will evaluate the potential environmental impacts of Jordan Cove Energy Project LP, (Jordan Cove) proposed liquefaction project in Coos County, Oregon, and Pacific Connector Gas Pipeline LP (Pacific Connector) proposed pipeline project crossing portions of Klamath, Jackson, Douglas, and Coos Counties, Oregon. The FERC is the lead federal agency in the preparation of an EIS to satisfy the requirements of the NEPA). The United States (U.S.) Army Corps of Engineers (COE), U.S. Department of Energy Office of Fossil Energy (DOE), U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service (Forest Service), and the U.S.Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), and Fish and Wildlife Service are cooperating agencies assisting the FERC in preparation of the EIS.
