This EIS analyzed the potential direct, indirect, and cumulative environmental impacts of the design, construction, and startup of a biomass-to-ethanol and energy production facility--the Biorefinery Project. The Supplement Analysis examines the potential environmental impacts of the Modified Proposed Action and addresses whether the potential environmental impacts are within the range of the potential environmental impacts analyzed in the FEIS.
