Columbia Basin Riparian Conservation Easement Program. The action area for the pilot initiative includes the Columbia Cascade Province, specifically the Entiat, Methow, Okanogan and Wenatchee subbasins. Geographic scope of the project may be expanded to other areas within the Columbia River basin in the future following the pilot initiative.
