Storage of Surplus Plutonium Materials at the Savannah River Site
The Department of Energy (DOE) proposes to consolidate storage at the SRS of surplus, non-pit weapons-usable plutonium from the Hanford site (Hanford), the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), or the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL). This Supplement Analysis (SA) evaluates the need for additional National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) review regarding this proposal.
