Firm Non-Requirements Products and Services Contracts
BPA has decided to offer long-term firm non-requirements (FNR) products and services contracts that can be customized for interested utility and Direct Service Industry (DSI) customers or other purchasers needing products and services beyond those which BPA is obligated to provide by statute. These contracts are for the sale of electric power and other power-related products.
