The Jackson Laboratory Biomass Energy Center Project, Bar Harbor, Maine
DOE's proposed action is to authorize the expenditure of Federal funding under the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program to design, permit, and construct a Biomass Energy Center on the Laboratory's campus at 600 Main Street in Bar Harbor, Maine.
