Construction and Operation of a Proposed Cellulosic Biorefinery, Alpena Prototype Biorefinery, Alpena, Michigan
The Department of Energy is proposing to authorize expenditure of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 funding to American Process, Inc. to complete final design, construction and initial operation of the Alpena Prototype Biorefinery in Alpena, Michigan.
