The action proposed by the Department of Energy is to relocate and consolidate Advanced Scientific Computing Research funded Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) programs with other LBNL/University of California Berkeley programs that focus on computational and computer science research in a new facility on the LBNL site.
